Absueltos 2 luarqueses que tenían 17 plantas de cannabis porque eran para uso terapéutico
Una pareja de Luarca ha sido absuelta de un delito de tráfico de drogas, al encontrarles en su domicilio 17 plantas de cannabis. La pareja desde un principio afirmó que las plantas eran para consumo terapéutico, ya que uno de los dos padecia una lumbalgia crónica. Así lo entendió el juez al no encontrar indicios de tráfico de drogas, y por otra parte, tener pruebas del uso terapéutico, como la declaración de un fisioterapeuta y varios testigos.
Partiendo de esta sentencia, puede que otras personas que necesitan de los efectos terapéuticos de la marihuana, tengan alguna posibilidad más de poder cultivarse su propia medicina sin tener preocupaciones o temor a la legalidad del cultivo de sus plantas para propio consumo.
